Genetic Regimens, Est. 2019

Coaching that starts with what's actually going on, not what's popular.

Most fitness advice assumes you already know what's wrong. Genetic Regimens is a coaching practice built by Siddhesh Nagesh Ghatkar around the part everyone skips: finding out what's actually going on with you before deciding what to do about it.

The Problem

You've read enough. You still don't have a plan that fits you.

Too much information, none of it yours

Every reel, every article, every well-meaning friend has an opinion. None of them have seen your training history, your schedule, your joints, or your actual goal. Generic advice solves a generic person's problem. You are not a generic person.

Plans that ignore the person running them

A program that doesn't account for how you sleep, how you eat under stress, or why you quit the last three things you tried isn't a program. It's a template with your name typed in at the top.

Coaches who were never taught to coach

Knowing how to squat and knowing how to get another person to squat correctly, consistently, for a year, are two different skills. Most of the fitness industry only ever teaches the first one.

What you actually need

Someone who asks before they prescribe. A plan built from your data, not a template. And a person managing the process, not just handing you a PDF and disappearing.

Who You're Working With

Siddhesh Nagesh Ghatkar

Nine years in, Siddhesh has stopped believing in one-size-fits-all programming. What he believes in is process: a real consultation before a single set is prescribed, a plan that changes when the person changes, and coaching that treats people management as seriously as it treats periodization.

He holds a degree in strength and conditioning and a diploma in nutrition, though he'd rather you judge the work than the paperwork.

His practice also draws on Past Life Regression (PLR), Psychic Surgery, Emotional Quotient Mapping, healing modalities, and Darshan Shastra. These are the parts of coaching that don't fit on a certificate but show up in the work anyway.

What We Do

Three problems, solved in the right order.

Programming

Training built around you

Strength, conditioning, and recovery structured off a real consultation, not a template pulled off a shelf.

Nutrition

Food that fits your life

Macros and meal structure built around what you'll actually eat, not a plan you'll abandon by week three.

Coaching

A person managing the process

Check-ins, adjustments, and accountability from someone paying attention, not an app sending reminders.

Transformations

350+ people. Here's what three of them say.

"I'd tried every fat loss plan you can find online before this. The difference wasn't the workouts, it was that someone actually tracked what was happening to me week to week and changed the plan when I needed it changed."

Kalpesh, Fat Loss Coaching, based in Ireland

"What I needed wasn't more workouts, it was someone who understood performance at a level most trainers don't. The counselling side of it, thinking through decisions with Siddhesh, made as much difference as anything in the gym."

Anish, Performance Counselling, ongoing

"Building a physique properly takes patience and someone who actually knows structure, not just enthusiasm. Working with Genetic Regimens from outside India was never a barrier, the process just worked."

Salil, Aesthetic Bodybuilding, NRI client
